The Imperial Court of San Diego 

  • The Thirty Sixth Reign (Reign XXXVI) designated  'The Court of Diversity, Unity, and Love' commenced on August 4th 2007 during one of the largest and grandest Coronation Ceremonies in court history, as the newly elected Emperor XXXVI Daddy Don {The Leather Emperor} and the XXXVI Empress Chantal {The Jaguar Empress} ascended to the throne.

  • The Imperial Court de San Diego, Inc., a private, not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) California Public Benefit Corporation, was established over three decades ago and is the oldest GLBT social service organization in San Diego.

  •  The primary goals of the Imperial Court de San Diego are: to raise money for charitable organizations, to raise awareness and educate the public about our community, to further relationships with organizations and businesses within our community and to help those in our community who are in need-all in the spirit of camp and philanthropy.

  • The Imperial Court de San Diego is a member of the International Court System (ICS) with chapters in over 70 cities across the United States, Canada and Mexico. The ICS celebrated its 40th Anniversary in Palm Springs in December 2005.

  • The Imperial Court de San Diego has contributed well over a million dollars to organizations and causes over the past three decades. The Court has been officially honored by the California State Assembly, the San Diego City Council and many government officials, agencies and community organizations for its long and distinguished record of community service. Members of the Court represent every aspect of our society, including all ethnicities, sexual orientations and gender identities.

  • The Imperial Court de San Diego hosts many small functions throughout the year all over San Diego to support other charitable organizations. The Court also participates in many community events, often providing volunteers and entertainers and donates generously to many community organizations.
